Villa Teresa Bali is situated on the beach of Canggu Village, It roughly 35 minutes from International Airport - Denpasar, 10 minutes to get International Nirwana Bali Golf Course, and 15 minutes to Kuta shopping area, for the centre of culture is in Ubud only 1,5 hours.
Beach front and riverside on adjoin in two units of connecting private villas which is in first unit consist of 3 bedrooms, the second unit consist of 2 bedrooms to be able combine as 5 bedrooms for entire villas in one huge private compound, in each room has King size bed, in each unit has own swimming pool and kitchen.
As a private stay can be book either 2 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms, 4 bedrooms and be able to combine as 5 bedrooms in one private compound area, with ample open living space in large landscaped with colorful various flowers in surrounding and would be supported by experience personalized staffs to serve in every guests needed.

3 Bedrooms Villa
The 3 bedroom villa is set on 4,000 sqm land. When you enter the villa, you will find beautiful lotus fish pond and large modern kitchen with full amenities and adjacent is a two storey main building where the open dining room with 12 seats and can be roll-up to be 4 seats, open lounge situated overlooking to the garden and large private pool (size 5 X 15 meters), from the dining there is a stairway to lead you up to the second air-condition lounge (Cognac room) with sofa, daybed and a balcony that overlooks to the garden, swimming pool, the river side of the villa and the ocean to see a wonderful sunset. The Cognac room is surrounded by glass windows for spectacular views.
The Master bedroom with private jacuzzi
The Master bedroom has a four-poster king size bed with AC, mosquito net, in-room safe deposit box, satellite TV, CD stereo player, VCD, and connected to the bedroom is a walk in dressing area / wardrobe with spacious deluxe bathroom with large bathtub (cold & hot water) and to the side of the bedroom is a balcony overlooking the river a longside the property and the ocean.
The Second bedroom is Japanese style bedroom with King-size bed
Safe deposit box, satellite TV, CD stereo player, VCD and connected to the bedroom is a walk in dressing area / wardrobe with deluxe bathroom, large terrazzo bathtub, beside outdoor shower (cold & hot water), there is lily pond and to the side of the bedroom is a balcony overlooking to the river.
The Third is Balinese style bedroom
A four-poster queen size bed with AC , mosquito net, satellite TV, CD stereo player, VCD. and connected to bedroom is a walk in dressing area / wardrobe with deluxe bathroom, large terrazzo bathtub, outdoor shower (cold & hot water) and garden in the bathroom. In front of the bedroom entrance is a wooden balcony overlooking the main pool and garden area.
2 Bedrooms Villa
The two bedroom villas are set on 1.600 sqm of manicured land. The Villas consist of 2 Balinese thatced roof buildings. The main building is a two storey structure with large, modern kitchen, open plan living and dining rooms overlooking the pool, gardens, rice fields and river setting.

Upstairs is a private living room and balcony overlooking the river , rice-field and the ocean. The bedroom has a twin bed ( 120 X 200 each bed ) which is adjustable to a double king sized bed upon request and has AC, mosquito net, satellite TV, CD stereo player, VCD. and connected to bedroom is a dressing area with large modern bathroom with terrazzo bathtub, shower with hot and cold water.
The second building is a single pavilion with Balinese style bedroom, king size bed, has AC, mosquito net, DVD and connected to bedroom is a dressing area with large bathroom, terrazzo bathtub and outdoor shower with hot & cold water.
To one side of bedroom is a wooden floored balcony with coffee table, overlooking the river and garden area. The lap swimming pool ( shallow to end ) size 4 X 12 meters located between the two buildings.

Gazebo
Gazebos (resting platforms) are scattered throughout the property for those wishing for private relaxation and contemplation. A fully equipped BBQ area is situated at the beach end of the property, a great place to cook seafood or lobster purchased from the local fishermen earlier in the day. Your choice of open air lounges, glazed TV lounge with air-conditioning or simple Gazebos gives you a variety of places to relax with your family and friends.
Dining Room
Our dining room accomodates up to maximum of 12 persons. The area can be re-configured into 4 separate tables depending upon the quest preferences. It is a romantic setting that overlooks the main pool and the lily pond.
Massage Room
Next to the main swimming pool is private massage deck with 2 beds, and overlooking to the river side, when laying down you will listen the wave of the ocean. Private access to the beach using the traditional antique "kori" doorway to the ocean end of the property.

Villa Teresa is only 20 minutes by car away from the lively shopping area of Kuta, 15 minutes to get famous Seminyak restaurant area such as Kudeta and La lucciola, for anothers 10 minutes away to International Nirwana Bali Golf and Tanah Lot Temple for spectacular to see the sunset. Only 10 minutes by walk on the beach to get Canggu Surfing Centre ( Echo beach Surfing Club)

Villa condition:
- The rates are per night per villa.
- All payment must be made in US Dollars
- An extra bed is available limit one per room at US$ 50 nett per night.
- In accordance of private stay concept are convenience to book either 2 bedrooms or 3 bedrooms villa and absolutely comfort combine to be 5 bedrooms ideal to accommodate larger group with two private swimming pools.
- During the Peak season periods is required to book entire villas bedrooms.

High Season: July 01 - 31, September 1 - 15, January 23 - 28 (Chinese New Year, April 10 - 16 (Easter week)

Villa Capacity:
We strictly observe the villa capacity policy. For example: the two bedroom villas maximum occupancy is 4 persons. The three bedroom villa maximum occupancy is up to 6 persons and entire bedrooms is ideal and comfort to accommodate 10 persons. If you wish to have additional guests or function at the villa should be informed in advance to villa management otherwise the booking will not be accepted prior confirmation.
Check-in & Check-out time:
- Check-in time : 14:00
- Check-out time : before 12:00
- In cases where there is no other booking for the same day, the Management may extend the check-out time until 15:00. Late check-out until 18:00 is subject to availability with additional charge of 50% from one night villa rate. A full one night rate will be applied for check out after 18:00.
Booking precedures:
- A deposit of 50% from the rental value is required due to secure the booking.
- Deposit must be received by the villa within five working days after the relevant invoice has ben sent.
- The payment should be in US Dollars
- Full payment is required 45 days prior to arrival (or 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
- The reservation to be confirmed when the deposit is received by the villa.
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less) then full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.
Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 150.00 if the reservation
is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New
Year bookings).In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days
prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit
will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing.
- Final payments are non-refundable.
Liability:
Be aware that all clients villas will be asked to sign a waiver of
liability and a credit card authorization form which will allow the villa to
charge the card for damages and any additional charges that the clients incur
whilst at the villa.
