Villa Sungai Tinggi is dramatically located on a quiet stretch of Canggu beach and is one of Bali's very few absolute beachfront villas, with direct access to the beach. Villa Angin Laut has the ultimate sunset panorama with views over to the Jimbaran Bukit headland in the south across to the Java coastline in the west and the cloudy peaks of Gunung Agung to the north. Located just beyond the quiet and picturesque Balinese Village of Pererenan, Villa Sungai Tinggi or Angin Laut is totally secluded from the bustling tourist areas and yet is an easy 35 minute drive to Ngurah Rai International Airport and only 15 minutes from the many popular restaurants and shops of Seminyak.
The villa is situated at the end of a scenic road that winds its way through emerald rice terraces down to the sea. Cooled by a pleasant on shore breeze, this beach front villa is dominated by an open air, ocean facing living pavilion, the perfect spot from which to watch the sunset.
For the golf enthusiasts, the Nirwana Bali Golf Course - The Le Meridien Hotel and the famous Tanah Lot Temple are less than a 10 minutes drive. The Nusa Dua Golf Club and Bali Handara Golf Course are an equidistant 1 hour's drive away.
Villa Sungai Tinggi Rooms
Villa Sungai Tinggi has 4 spacious bedroom suites completed with 5 private en-suites bathroom, 3 of them are with bathtub. For a special request, the Library studio can be the fifth suite. All suites have custom made oversized king beds with built in wardrobes.
All bedrooms have fabulous ocean views with large glass sliding doors that open onto terraces leading directly onto the garden. High alang-alang grass roofed ceilings and the cool and clean feel of dark teak timber floors underfoot have been used throughout and each bedroom has individual deluxe split air conditioning units as well as overhead ceiling fans. The bedroom interiors have been tastefully furnished with a balance of modern rattan and collected antique furniture and artifacts.

Minimum Stay
The minimum stay requirement Villa Bali Becik varies from a 3 to 6 consecutive night stay for the low season. The minimum stay for the high season often increases to a 10 consecutive night stay.
Number of Guest:
Our villas have a maximum number of guests, as detailed in our villa descriptions, which we ask to be respected. If you wish to have additional guests we need to be informed prior to receipt of deposit payment.
Check-in & Check-out time:
The standard villa check out time is 12.00pm. Depending on the season we are happy to be flexible. Late check out after 6.00pm may incur a half-day rental fee.
Change Reservation
We are happy to assist you if you need to make changes to a reservation as long as the villa dates are open.
Security Deposits
Security deposits are required for villa booking. Special large events such as weddings usually incur a security deposit. Deposits monies are to be paid with the balance payment, and will be refunded in full on the day of departure. In the case that some damage or repair are required to be done, refunds will be made by bank cheque/transfer less cost of damages.
Telephone charge Bond
If you do not wish to use the villa telephone, the telephone can be disconnected for the rental period. It is also very easy to purchase local 'Halo Telephone Cards" to use in your mobile hand phone.
Should you require the use of the villa telephone, we will need a bond by way of a Credit Card imprint or US$200 in cash as a form of deposit/security. We cannot always receive a detailed statement from "Telkom" the national telephone company prior to a guest's departure. Upon receipt of the telephone statement we will forward you a copy of the statement detailing the telephone calls, together with an authorization for a Credit Card Debit Authorization form for you to approve and sign for the agreed amount.
Limitation of Liability
Villa Sungai Tinggi will not be liable to the client or their guests for any personal injury, sickness, loss or damage to their personal belongings during their stay and any inconvenience arising from exceptional weather conditions or unique Balinese festivals. Every effort is made to ensure that the villa is presented to meet it's required standard for all bookings.
Deposit Payment
To secure the booking we require your written confirmation to book the villa. We will then send you a pro forma invoice for a deposit payment, which is 50% of the total rental outlay. Payments can be made by bank Telegraphic Transfer (TT)
Balance Payment
The balance of payment is required a full 45 days prior to arrival, 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings, or immediately if the booking is made less than 45 days prior to arrival.
As all villa bookings are on a first come first serve basis, we recommend that you settle the payment as soon as possible. Upon receipt of your written confirmation to book a villa we can hold the villa booking open for 7 full workings days to allow for the process of payment.
Cancellation Policy
Villa Sungai Tinggi must receive notice of any villa booking cancellation in writing. If it is possible for us to change your booking, your Deposit will be refunded in full, less a US$300 administration fee, if the reservation is cancelled 61 days prior or more prior to arrival (90 days for Christmas bookings). In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival the deposit will be forfeit. Final payments are non refundable.
