Canggu Sunset Villa is a 6 bedroom villa, providing luxury accommodation for 11-12 people, within 2 separate self-contained buildings. The 2 master bedrooms are only connected to the main building by a private walkway, thus giving total privacy for guests, the downstairs bedroom has a traditional Balinese open-air bathroom which features a sunken bath where you can bathe by moonlight, surrounded by Lotus ponds. An experience highly recommended for the romantics or honeymooners.
Canggu Sunset Private Vacation Villas offer; Two holiday houses / homes accommodating up to 10-12 people within a total of 2 en-suite master bedrooms (with terrazzo finish) and 3 double bedrooms (all air-conditioned). Both buildings are furnished with traditional, hand-carved Balinese furniture and comprise of open Living Area with exposed alang-alang beams, with Satellite TV, Hi-fi and VCD player. Dining Area, Fully equipped Kitchen, Powder Room, Double Bedrooms (all with air- conditioning).

With Canggu Sunset Villas in Bali: Both vacation homes are located next to each other within a walled secure compound. The two master bedrooms, one with open air Balinese bathroom (complete with sunken bath set amongst Lotus ponds), are "connected" to the main building by private walkway.
Fully staffed with 1 house manager, 4 maids,2 cooks, 1 pool boy/gardener and 2 night security guards. A 6 seater air-conditioned family car with driver is included for the duration of the holiday as a shuttle service to local shops and restaurants etc. A qualified massage service can be arranged for the guests in the comfort of the villa.

The villa booking procedures:
- To ensure book the villa we required your written e-mail as a booking confirmation,
and then we will continue send you a pro forma invoice and bank details for a 50% deposit
from the total rental outlay due to secure the reservation.
- the balance of payment should be settle prior arrival or at least upon check-in at the villa for regular period.
- but for the Christmas, New Year and high season period that the remaining
balance of payment should be settle 45 days prior arrival to the villa
Check in/out time:
- Check-in time: 14:00; Check-out time: 12:00.
- Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability
Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 150.00, if the reservation
is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival
(91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings)In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival
(or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa on writing
